You can use bark send-onchain to send coins from the Ark to an onchain address. Please see the example following:

You can use bark onchain send to send coins from your onchain wallet to an onchain address. Please see this example:
bark onchain send bc1q955zv82fvy03afktpmw6vfjpg5p50rmlshesa5 '5000 sats'
